Rudy calls on federal workforce cuts

So apparently former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, speaking at the earlier this month, said he would plan to replace "just half of the estimated 42 percent of federal employees expected to retire by 2017," according to Federal Times. (The story is not online, so I cannot post to it.)Of course, Hillary ... and Rudy would do away with feds.OK...
