GSA CIO gets a new gig

So we now know what at least some of the buzzing over at GSA was: GSA's CIO Michael Carlton has been named the new CIO at HHS, replacing Charlie Havekost, who quietly exited a few weeks ago. Havekost, along with his family, moved to Vienna, Austria, where he will work for the International Atomic Energy Agency... and oh so quietly.

It's an exciting job for Carlton, who is one of the nicest guys around. But it is also a big job with as he works the health IT stuff.
