In general, they think it will be better, but that more will be outsourced. (In one of the questions, BusinessWeek asked, "Are you on a first-name basis with someone who works in India?" Now: Less than 10 percent, but 10 years from now, people predicted the number would be something like 30 percent saying yes.)
