Glass manages software applications designed to improve warfighters' quality of life. Through Glass’ efforts, the Installation Support Modules’ Central Issue Facility (ISM-CIF) has improved operations at the Central Issue Facility. She also helped offset millions of dollars in unnecessary procurements. Glass assisted in the development of automated processes that contributed to more efficient delivery of protective gear to soldiers, which reduced casualties.

"Ms. Glass developed the ISM-CIF program that locates, tracks and ships over $2 billion of organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE) to Army combat brigades," said Gary Winkler, Army program executive officer of enterprise information systems. "In the course of providing this capability, she used Lean Six Sigma approaches to radically streamline OCIE processes to reduce equipping and sustainment costs by $500 million over five years."
