Davis, a Republican, retired from Congress in November 2008 after representing Virginia’s 11th Congressional District for 14 years. He currently is a director at Deloitte Federal Government Services.
In Congress, Davis served as chairman of the Committee on Government Reform. He also led several subcommittees, including the Subcommittee on Technology and Procurement Policy, where he sponsored legislation on e-government, information security and critical infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Davis was general counsel at Advanced Technology Inc. , a company founded and led by Agilex President and Chief Executive Officer Robert LaRose.
Agilex Technologies, of Chantilly, Va., was co-founded in March 2007 by LaRose, as an employee-owned small-business professional services firm that provides business and mission consulting, software and solutions development, and system integration services.
