On Your Tweets, Archived for Eternity
Shouldn't they be working on all the other things they are so far behind on? There are important tapes of real historical significance that will be lost forever, instead of tweets. Even if this is a minor task as compared to the important archiving, it doesn't make for a very good impression for taxpayers. From Another FED
On Failure to produce results puts IT projects on the chopping block
How can the VA and OPM "not disclose" the costs for the LMS program? I thought everything is open to the public. From VA Employee
It is significant that of all problematic VA IT projects, LMS remains the only stone left unturned. I agree that a learning system that delivers effective and relevant training is essential to the 21st Century Initiative underway in VHA. However, delivery of content and tracking of content are independent functions. LMS may adequately support VA education tracknig. It's quite sad someone would get fired for presenting issues they had with security in their organization. And people wonder why companies don't want to disclose breaches. Read more from Carl
On Defense develops traumatic brain injury databases
Soldiers enduring Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI--mild, moderate, or severe) don't need more databases; they need more treatment! Read more from D.F. Shaw
So after 10 years, the DoD has a spreadsheet this is an embarrassment. Adm. Robinson should also recogize the three and out policy is not a real policy. One blast can be enough and others can take multiple exposures without damage. Read more from rexreed
On How About a GI Bill Widget?
Good luck... A way to track progress at the VA... That is an oxymoron if ever there was one. This idea will get the same consideration firing ineffective and incompetent teachers gets... From Old Soldier
