The Economist calls GovLoop a rejuvenator
GovLoop, the wiki-based discussion site for technologically advanced feds, hit it big by being mentioned in The Economist.
On Sept. 23, Adrian Wooldridge, who writes the "Schumpeter’s notebook" blog, referenced Steve Ressler, who started GovLoop, in a post titled "The Wiki Way." Wooldridge was looking at how wikinomics has rejuvenated “the fusty old state.”
Wooldridge was writing about the the Internet and how it’s shaken up many industries and institutions, including the music industry and government. Along with GovLoop, Wooldridge mentioned Vivek Kundra, federal CIO, and his Web-based platforms for the public.
