Building Excitement at HHS

Starting the morning sessions at the 2010 American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council Executive Leadership Conference in Williamsburg, Va. an enthusiastic chief technology officer of the Health and Human Services Department, Todd Park, began his talk on a positive note.
