SAIC Could Snag E-Health Record Contract

I'm picking up medium strength signals that SAIC will get the nod to take over from HP Enterprise Services on the Military Health System electronic health record contract the General Services Administration canceled in December.

Folks tell me MHS plans to award SAIC the work through a multiple vendor task order contract -- Defense Medical Information System/Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS) 3. They're grousing the job was not competed among vendors.
