The TRANSCOM "Living Plan"
Scrolling through FedBizOps the other day (my favorite hobby, next to reading the federal budget and Defense bills) I came across the above nugget, bound to catch anyone's interest.
This is a project by the U.S. Transportation Command to develop a "living" plan to help it move stuff from here to there -- quickly. TRANSCOM calls this the Agile Transportation for the 21st Century Capability.
I slogged through the 53 pages of this plan -- laden with processes -- and realized if I spent more time with it, I would add years to my life.
But, if you love process, TRANSCOM wants to hear from you.
