Danielle Germain’s leadership helped make the Collaboration Project the place to go for independent expertise on using Web 2.0 technologies in the federal government.

Germain is responsible for developing methodologies, creating tools, and documenting best practices that help government become more transparent, participatory and collaborative. In the past year, she led numerous online initiatives aimed at using technology to engage stakeholders and generate ideas to solve targeted management challenges.

Germain has been the driving force behind building an understanding of Web 2.0 in government. Her efforts to integrate those tools into NAPA’s management studies have led the organization to new ways of providing management knowledge to the government.
