Foursquare, 7-Eleven and Super 8 the movie have partnered to send one contest winner into space.
Social media site Foursquare has paired up with ubiquitous convenience-store chain 7-Eleven to send one person into suborbital space, reports ReadWriteWeb.
As part of a contest promoting the new movie Super 8, Foursquare users who check in to 7-Eleven locations in the U.S. can win a variety of prizes, including movie tickets to Super 8, Zero-G flight experiences and if there are more than 888,888 check-ins in June, one person wins a suborbital space flight.
