Will Sen. Udall Spend the Holiday Weekend on the Fire Line?

Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.Mex. -- one of my senators -- in comments earlier this week on the fire near Los Alamos that has burned its way through almost 93,000 acres, said, "We're throwing everything we have" against that conflagration.

Does this mean Udall plans to spend the 4th of July weekend with a shovel helping out the fire crews?

At first that seemed like a good idea -- but on second thought, we really don't need any more hot air.
