Payback Whistleblowing at the Military Health System

I'm picking up strong signals that the information that led the Veterans Affairs Department to terminate a contract with ASM Research to develop software key to an integrated electronic health record system came from a whistleblower at the Military Health System headquarters in the Skyline office complex in Falls Church, Va.

This whistleblower, I'm told, was getting even with folks who blew the whistle on him a few years back.

I think body armor should be the uniform of the day at Skyline.
