Northrop Grumman lands $108 million missile cryptography contract
Firm will provide security updates to intercontinental ballistic missile program.
The Air Force awarded Northrop Grumman Corp. a $108-million contract to develop and implement upgrades to the cryptography that secures systems deployed for the intercontinental ballistic missile program, the defense contractor announced.
The Northrop Grumman-led prime contractor team will manage security improvements for the weapon system. The contract is for three years.
