Welcome to the new FCW.com

If you're reading this on the website, you have likely already noticed a few changes. We have redesigned from top to bottom, but the improvements go well beyond basic aesthetics. (Though we're rather pleased with those as well!) 

Across the top of this page, new navigation reflects an all-new structure for the site -- as well as a sharpened editorial focus.  In the days and weeks to come, FCW will bring more and deeper coverage of the policies, people, management challenges, controversies and ideas that shape the world of federal technology.

Even the name has changed:  FCW.com has been the URL for years, but the publication formerly known as Federal Computer Week is now FCW -- on the web, in print, and in tablet and mobile versions that will follow later this month. 

And like any website redesign, this one continues to evolve; we fully expect a few broken links and other bumps along the way.  So if you have questions or find glitches, please let us know.
