HealthCare.gov Built by 'Rookies;' Fixes Could Take Weeks

The rocky rollout of HealthCare.gov, the website for people to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, has garnered a lot of attention from the media as well as technology analysts. Here's our daily roundup of some of the key reports you may have missed: 

• HealthCare.gov was built by “rookies” and “clearly wasn’t tested” before it was rolled out, Clay Johnson says in an interview with Bloomberg TV. Johnson, co-founder of Blue State Digital, the firm that built and managed President Obama’s highly-touted online campaign in 2008, doesn’t mince words about some of the “stodgy” contractors involved either.
