She administered unique contract terms and conditions to ensure the technology remains current while containing costs and keeping contractors motivated through the use of various incentives. Consequently, she has built strong partnerships between government and industry, and the site has had a reported uptime of 100 percent. The new portal improves the experience for taxpayers and, as a result, increases education, electronic filing of taxes and overall compliance with tax obligations.
