The General Services Administration's innovation hub 18F is hiring. They are looking to fill two new leadership positions: director of chapters and director of custom partner solutions, according to a blog post published Feb. 24 by Jamie Albrecht, who leads 18F's hiring efforts.

The director of chapters is a management role that oversees about half of 18F's staff.

"We're looking for someone who can simultaneously motivate folks to do great work and support the strategic needs of 18F, enabling our team to deliver value to our partners and the public," wrote Albrecht.

18F's staff is organized into five chapters based on skills: engineering, design, product, acquisition, and change strategy. The director of chapters will supervise the chapters and their directors.

The director of custom partner solutions will lead one of five business units that work with agencies to deploy tools and services. The director will work with other federal agencies to "improve their public-facing interactions" and make sure 18F can deliver the solutions.

18F is accepting applications for these positions until March 21.
