Trump’s Landing Teams Feature Familiar Tech Executives
Some former agency chief information officers and chief technology officer will help the Trump agency landing teams.
As President-elect Donald Trump continued to announce his intended cabinet, his team also unveiled some members of agency landing teams whom the federal technology community will recognize.
U.S. Cyber Challenge National Director Karen Evans will return to the Office of Management and Budget, where she previously served as the administrator for e-government and information technology. FCW reported that Evans had been working with the campaign on cybersecurity issues.

The OMB landing team will also feature Pat Pizzella, former Labor Department chief information officer, who also has experience at the Office of Personnel Management and the General Services Administration.
GSA’s landing team will include Casey Coleman, the agency’s CIO from 2007 until 2014 when she went to the private sector.
John Sanders, who served as the Transportation Security Administration’s chief technology officer from 2012 to 2014, will serve on the Homeland Security Department's landing team.
