Under his leadership, the $22 billion Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contracts for IT solutions were successfully awarded. Giddens also led the expansion of the Warriors to Workforce Program, which trains veterans to work in all types of acquisition, including IT. Other agencies are now using the VA’s program to help fill their acquisition positions.
