Scholl leads the ninth-largest health IT company in the U.S., and his responsibilities encompass the Leidos Partnership for Defense Health, which is spearheading the $4.3 billion electronic health record program known as MHS Genesis. In 2018, Scholl’s team advanced a number of other critical programs. The Decision Ready Claims process at the Department of Veterans Affairs, for example, is now delivering decisions in less than nine days instead of 120.
