They handled the largest Defense Department migration of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange to the cloud — an effort that will ultimately support 840,000 users and 1.9 million computing objects. So far, more than 550,000 users’ email accounts have been moved. Additionally, McCarthy led development of the Air Force Enterprise Service Desk, a virtual solution that saves the service 200,000 labor hours and millions of dollars annually by automatically resolving almost 40 percent of help tickets.
