Payee pal. McCollum was instrumental in developing GSA’s NewPay contract to provide software-as-a-service solutions for payroll and work schedule and leave management across federal agencies. McCollum co-led a governmentwide team that worked with a long list of stakeholders inside and outside the government to craft the solutions.
