*** Army Lt. Gen. Karen H. Gibson has stepped in as deputy director of national intelligence for national security partnerships at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. She replaces Kelly Gaffney, who has served as acting DDNI for NSP since last summer. The NSP, according to ODNI, integrates data and capabilities between the intelligence community and the Defense Department, as well as the information sharing environment with domestic federal, state and local agencies, among other duties.
