Executive innovator. In his first year as director of Technology Transformation Services, Cheriyan led a series of improvements to the organization that helps agencies make the most of digital transformation and modernization. He restructured TTS, grew the Centers of Excellence program, expanded the Presidential Innovation Fellows program to 41 participants working at 14 agencies, extended 18F's services to over 60 projects at 16 agencies, and led improvements in FedRAMP cycle times and cloud service provider authorizations with outreach programs for small businesses, startups, agencies and Congress. In addition, he focused on improving Cloud.gov and Login.gov to enhance the public's digital experience with government services.
