The customer advocate. Killoran has a history of helping her colleagues in a crisis. At the Treasury Department in 1995, she created workspaces for U.S. Customs personnel whose offices were destroyed in the Oklahoma City bombing, and several years later, she provided support after the 2001 terrorist attacks. Now her 25 years of experience are helping to advance key GSA objectives: improving customer service, accelerating IT modernization, implementing the President's Management Agenda and GSA's Technology Modernization Fund, expanding shared services, and achieving the objectives of the Federal IT Acquisition Reform and Federal Information Security Management acts.
