For federal and state agencies, his team has dramatically reduced the processing time for loan applications, enhanced citizen engagement and improved customer satisfaction. He demonstrated his company’s commitment to meeting the government’s needs by pushing Salesforce Government Cloud through both the FedRAMP Medium and FedRAMP High authorization processes. And with his encouragement, the public-sector team completed more than 16,000 hours of volunteer service in the D.C. metro area in 2019.
