SEWP’s master chef. For years, Woytek has been the visionary behind the complex mix of products and services in NASA’s popular SEWP governmentwide acquisition contract. In 2019, she added another ingredient: Agency Catalogs that allow contracting officers to establish dedicated, pre-competed ordering vehicles populated with products and services specific to their needs. The catalogs offer speed and flexibility, and the built-in competition drives down prices with each buy. Thanks to her efforts, administrative costs have been reduced by as much as 75%, and SEWP now has the federal government’s first Point-Click-Buy acquisition platform.
