*** The Office of Management and Budget extended the deadline for agencies to transition away from using the proprietary Dun & Bradstreet DUNS number to identify vendors in federal contracting systems to April 2022. The transition to a non-proprietary identifier had been scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
*** An Inspector General report found that the National Security Agency overwhelmingly rewarded male employees with retention incentives. Only 14% of those offered retention incentives at NSA were women, even though women make up 41% of the agency's workforce, according to the unclassified summary of the report that was recently made public.
