*** Longtime FBI agent Scott McMillion was appointed to serve as the Bureau's first chief diversity officer, Director Chris Wray announced on Monday. McMillion will head the FBI's Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
*** Bipartisan leaders on the House Energy and Commerce Committee are looking to shore up the role of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration as the lead agency in managing federal spectrum.
