Scaling RPA at GSA. Gregory manages one of the largest robotic automation programs in the federal government. In 2020, he boosted the productivity of the agency’s automation factory and more than doubled the number of active automations to 70. He also led adoption of RPA in every major office and business line at GSA. In response to the pandemic, he and his team quickly built and deployed a tool to help leaders maintain situational awareness of employees’ locations for safety and contact tracing. In addition, he has worked with agencies across the federal government to reshape how RPA is viewed and ensure its strategic adoption.
