Reimagining the accelerator. Gevalt leads the technology accelerator that brings emerging technologies to the federal government. In 2020, she spearheaded Dcode’s move to rolling admissions and platform-based delivery to give federal agencies an even larger portfolio of vetted technology. Her efforts to accelerate over 100 companies have driven more than 200 new implementations of commercial technology in government. In one case, Dcode helped military bases meet the need for frictionless entry during the pandemic by facilitating the fast adoption of facial recognition technology. Gevalt also leads Dcode Capital, an invitation-only network of investors.
