Keeping cyber flying high. Jones-Heath has been critical to the Air Force’s cybersecurity modernization efforts. In 2020, she played a leadership role in the fast, secure transition of Air Force personnel to mass telework. She coordinated with the 16th Air Force, the cyber and information warfare arm of the service, to ensure that the Air Force enterprise remains proactive on cybersecurity. She has also worked with the Air Force’s acquisition teams to ensure that security is incorporated into the technology development process from the beginning and remains a priority through deployment and beyond.
