Medairy leads two of Booz Allen Hamilton’s largest cybersecurity implementations as part of the company’s support of the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program. He created Dark Labs, an elite team that blends cyber offense and defense into new solutions, and in 2020, his team was on the front lines of securing health IT vulnerabilities that arose during the pandemic. Medairy is also committed to growing a diverse employee base and has led the company’s Cyber Technical Excellence program, which seeks to have women and minorities account for more than 54% of its graduates.
