Blazing a path for new partners. Monaco led market research, risk reduction and the adoption of new acquisition methods to advance NGA’s mission imperatives. The capabilities she developed are helping NGA implement lean, agile and design-thinking strategies and adopt nontraditional approaches to acquisition. Teaming with NGA’s CTO, she developed problem statements that enable new suppliers to better target their solutions to NGA’s needs. She balanced bold initiatives with sound risk management to earn the support of NGA and intelligence community leaders. In addition, Monaco helped other agencies by assisting with the creation of the new Innovation Hub at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
