Next-gen national security. In 2020, Klecka led ASRC Federal’s teams in providing support to researchers under the $1.2 billion NASA Advanced Computing Services contract. NACS provides supercomputing resources for modeling and simulation projects related to next-generation aviation, Earth science, space exploration, cosmic events and vaccines. Klecka oversaw the implementation of a structured management process that includes reviews and milestones and resulted in a 30% growth in projects. She also led her team in the delivery of critical telecommunications services to the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy when they deployed to New York and Los Angeles, respectively, during the pandemic so the ships could maintain streamlined mitigation and collaboration.
