Staying a step ahead. Ensuring a secure and reliable supply chain is paramount to DOE’s digital transformation efforts. Before the hack of SolarWinds’ Orion platform, Csulak had the foresight to orchestrate a set of processes for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with products and services that DOE uses or may use. The resulting Supply Chain Risk Management program has onboarded more than 100 users and conducted more than 750 assessments, resulting in the identification of multiple risks that have been kept off DOE’s networks. Now Csulak’s innovative program is being made available to other agencies to enhance third-party risk management across the government.
