Milspec data management. Coleman led implementation of the Army Vantage data management platform, which provides a common, integrated platform for real-time, data-driven decision-making. She helped manage the smooth rollout of the production contract, identified a number of opportunities for user applications, conducted high-level meetings and demonstrations with senior military officials, and oversaw her team’s rapid development and fielding of customized data tools for stakeholders. Under Coleman's leadership, Army Vantage recorded 18,000-plus active user accounts, 40,000 unique datasets and more than 8,700 analytical products for broad Army consumption in 2020. Colleagues credited her competitive drive and caring nature for fueling the program’s success.
