Digital diversity. In 2020, Keene empowered SAIC teams to deliver digital transformation to federal customers so they could operate remotely. She also prioritized inclusion as a vital component of corporate culture. Because of her commitment to increasing minority representation at all levels to at least 30% in the next five years, SAIC now collaborates with historically black colleges and universities and minority-focused professional organizations to ensure a more diverse applicant pool, among other efforts. In addition, Keene expanded the company’s success in the federal IT market, which resulted in SAIC being named to the Fortune 500 for the first time since its spinoff in 2013.
