Carter is the point person for the systems integrators, independent software vendors, resellers and other companies that enable AWS to offer robust cloud capabilities to agencies. In 2020, her hands-on engagement led to a 45% year-over-year increase in businesses joining the AWS program and raised the number of FedRAMP-authorized solutions to 129. She helped public-sector partners build their AWS practice from the ground up by launching the AWS Partner Transformation Program. She also led critical inclusion, diversity and equity initiatives, including the first AWS Build(Her) event for women technology entrepreneurs interested in doing business with the public sector.
