In 2020, Trojak stepped up to lead Medallia’s support for the government’s pandemic response, which included partnering with the White House’s Coronavirus Task Force to identify ways to help agencies better understand the public’s needs. He led customer experience initiatives related to the response efforts of the American Red Cross and the International Chamber of Commerce, focusing on outcomes and ensuring that Medallia provided its services pro bono. While other companies were cutting staff, Trojak grew his team by a factor of three, which enabled Medallia to pivot quickly to meet the federal government’s most pressing needs.
