*** Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) introduced a bill on Friday to support cybersecurity grants to historically Black colleges and universities. The Cybersecurity Opportunity Act would task the Department of Homeland Security with ensuring half of the agency's cybersecurity grants be awarded to HCBUs for five years. A companion measure was introduced by Sen. Jon Ossof (D-Ga.) in the Senate over the summer.
