Federal court blocks contractor vaccination mandate
A nationwide injunction from a federal court blocks the Biden administration from enforcing its vaccination mandate for the federal contract workforce.
House passes NDAA compromise bill

*** Jessica Rosenworcel was confirmed by the Senate to serve as chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday by a vote of 68-31. Rosenworcel was already serving as acting chairwoman of the FCC and has been a commissioner since 2012.
*** The U.S. Coast Guard has chosen AT&T to consolidate several data communications networks into a single platform that will also see the agency grow its usage of FirstNet public safety network.
