Video: Curious about Windows 10? Here Are the Features You Need to Know
Microsoft's latest offering could make the workday a breeze.
Microsoft has finally released its latest operating system, Windows 10, which is reconfigured from the past systems users are more familiar with, in hopes to increase productivity and workflow.
A souped-up Windows Snap lets users reorganize. You can drag one window you're working with, into the corner of the screen and snap it into place. All the other apps in use will appear as thumbnails you can call up to fill the other half of the screen -- great for taking notes or filling in data on a spreadsheet.
Windows 10 also has virtual desktops, which allow users to bunch programs and keep them separated onto different "screens" users can flip back and forth between, which is useful for working on multiple project or just for keeping work programs separate from games and online shopping.
Users can also bring up an action center in the top right corner to keep track of updates.
