Video: Google Wants You To Test Its Self-Driving Cars
Let the machine do the driving, while you do the typing.
Want to ride in a self-driving car and make money at the same time? Arizona residents are in luck!
The tech giant recently posted a job opening for driverless vehicle testers. The official job title is "self-driving safety specialist."
The job would require you to ride in the vehicle for 6-8 hours a day and collect data for Google's engineering team. Potential testers would have to type at a minimum speed of about 40 words per minute (which is about average) to type up daily progress reports.
Google will pay $20 an hour.
