ABOUT

Comprehensive record-keeping is critical to government function. It encourages transparency, fosters long-term strategy building and allows for analysis of past performance. However, maintaining and organizing great stores of records from years back can use up valuable resources - especially when these records are not digitized. Last year, the National Archives and Records Administration mandated that, by 2022, all records filed with the agency must be in digital form.

In this digital webcast, Nextgov will sit down with records management professionals to explain best practices to creating and maintaining digital records. Viewers will leave with concrete steps they can take today to ensure their records are secure, accessible, and compliant with congressional mandates.
