Hate Meetings? You'll Love This

For all of you who hate meetings - and that's probably most of you - here's a recommendation from a New York state assemblyman for fighting swine flu that you'll find a big time saver: Cancel meetings and use the phone.

"Part of keeping employees healthy is adapting to a new workplace culture that addresses the pandemic," says N.Y. assemblyman Rory Lancman, head of the subcommittee on workplace safety, which issued a report on fighting the H1N1 influenza, according to an article in The New York Daily News.

To take the "no meeting policy" one step further, you can always say your phone doesn't work.
