New Peregrine offerings

Officials at Peregrine Systems Inc., attempting to overcome the stigma of bankruptcy, recently released new products and a new strategy for federal and commercial customers.

Launched recently:

ServiceCenter 6, the latest version of Peregrine's consolidated service-desk system, includes new Web and Microsoft Corp. Windows clients, real-time drill-down trend analysis and Web services interfaces.

Coming soon:

Upgrade Factory will speed software upgrades, including plugging the upgrade into the overall information technology environment and identifying customizations that are no longer needed.

Tailor and Review will help users make customizations and tailor software products to fit an organization's needs.
