HHS agencies contract for enterprise software

SiteScape Inc. to deploy workflow and collaborative software.

Agencies of the Health and Human Services Department have awarded a total of $1.1 million in contracts to SiteScape Inc. of Maynard, Mass., to deploy workflow and collaborative software over the past several quarters, the company said today.Web-based and platform-independent, Enterprise Forum software is designed to enable employees, customers, business partners and suppliers to share information easily.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health awarded their contracts in May and NIH’s National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences last fall, for knowledge, document and project management, communities of practice, workflow and e-learning.CDC uses the software for its functionality and workflow for communication with state public health officials regarding medical events. NIEHS uses SiteScape software for its environmental toxicology program with various chemical studies.
